Good! Worked. My 2nd step didn’t take 30sec, it started to slow flash right after I erased and held. Other than that, everything are just as instructed. (Even my garage door doesn’t state this way to program, it says I need to click the button on door motor and remoter at the same time, apparently I can’t reach both.) My car is an older model mercedes, I drived it several years and never tried its integrated remoter.

Thanks a lot Glen, after a year 1 1/2 yrs, I am finally able to program the remote button in my Audi a6, The only difference is the Audi, you have to accept the original door remote a foot away from the right side headlight, everything else worked great, thanks again,

Well, certainly couldn’t make ours work via the terrible instructions given in the owner’s manual. But after watching this three times and after giving up on using button number 1 on the mirror, it works! Thanks Glen and Mercedes-Benz of Austin! M-B should consider having a YouTube channel or a web site with this sort of helpful info. At least until they can produce a better owner’s manual that isn’t written by overzealous safety nannies and liability lawyers.
Does this work with Infinity QX-56 i’ve tried it many times step by step and it is not working. Could you help by any chance?

Thanks! After about an hour of reading the manual to my Chevrolet Tahoe I was so confused. This video was extremely helpful and within 5 minutes I had it programmed. I am not sure why it was so hard for the writer of the manual to explain this because it only took this guy 3 minutes to explain. Thanks again for this helpful video!!!!!

ive got a 2007 chevy impala, and after i reset it with the 2 side buttons i held down the button that i want to use as the opener. IT wount flash after a minute, the light just turns off after a minute. does onstar have to be activated for this to work?
can this still be done without a garage door control
